Check the following common reasons for why appointments may not appear.
Is the First IOP date set in Salesforce? In order for the system to create appointments, we must know the start of the series.
And if it was set, how long ago was it set? If you have just finished setting it, the date may not be synced with Salesforce. The sync runs every 5 minutes so you may have to wait up to 5 minutes for the data to sync.
Is the client's last IOP date in the discharge settings modal set to the future? If it is in the past appointments will not be created.
Are you only looking at the current week? To double check, check the next week since the client may not have an appointment for the present week.
