If a client cannot all the days of any appropriate group. Submit a Scheduling Exception. You can find it by clicking "Manage Schedule" and then clicking "Enter Scheduling Exception"
From there you will be taken to the Qualtrics form. It will be prefilled with information about the client.
Once submitted, it will take 1 business day for it to be reflected on a client's calendar. For now, we expect to approve all instances of scheduling exceptions.
